Peter A. Boskofsky, originally from Chignik Lake, is a third year law student at Gonzaga University School of Law. Peter’s father, Alvin Boskofsky, is originally from Afognak/Port Lions. His mother, Mary Lind Boskofsky, is from Chignik Lake.
Before starting law school, Peter worked for the Alutiiq Language Revitalization Program at the Alutiiq Museum in Kodiak. Peter is a receipiant of the Koniag Angayuk (Partner) Internship/Scholarship. In the summer of 2010, he interned with the law firm of Stoel Rives LLP, in Anchorage.
After completing his law degree, Peter plans on practicing law in Alaska. He hopes to engage in a career related to Alaska Native legal issues, specifically in the business context.
